La Foce is a delightful three/four bedroom independent stone farmhouse, sleeping 6+2 persons.
The owners are Diana and Bill, an Irish and American couple who moved to Sarteano with their two children in the late 80's. They restored the farmhouse completely, carefully choosing every old brick and hand painted tile. La Foce was their home until recently.
Diana and Bill still live in Sarteano and guarantee fulltime assistance to their guests.
The stone farmhouse sits on the side of a hill within five minutes driving distance from Sarteano, with beautiful views across to the opposite hill and up to Sarteano's well-preserved Medieval castle.
A panoramic white road leads directly from the house to the A1 highway exit Chiusi - Chianciano Terme and shopping mall.
The property includes about 3,000 sq. mtrs. terraced garden including mature shrubs, olives and fruit trees with ample provision for dining out and little nooks in which to sit and read a book and soak up the sun.
